Frequently Asked Questions

A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and letters (such as DEL83920194) that uniquely identifies your shipment for national or international tracking. Usually, the online store or merchant provides the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking events appear once the electronic shipping data is received from the online store gateway and processed at our central logistics facility in Germany (Frankfurt Central Hub or Leipzig Transit Hub).
Please make sure you entered the complete tracking number without spaces or special characters (e.g. DEL12345678). If your code is newly created, it may take a brief moment for the initial scan to sync across regional sorting hubs.
If you do not have a tracking number, we advise contacting the merchant or online store where you placed your order. They will be able to retrieve your DHL Waybill code or internal order reference.
